Greetings! I'm Aaron Highfill, a seasoned IT Engineer with a passion for designing, deploying and maintaining networks. Currently residing in Springfield, Missouri, I am proudly employed as a Senior Network Engineer at Arvest Bank, where I am excited to bring my experience to a new challenge.

Before joining Arvest Bank, I served as a dedicated Network Engineer at Simmons Bank for 3 years and 6 months, contributing my skills to their network infrastructure.

Prior to Simmons Bank, I honed my skills during a 15-year tenure at Great Southern Bank, where I left a positive mark on the network infrastructure.

My journey in IT began at Zerus.com, a prominent PC component reseller, where I spent 9 beneficial years as an IT administrator.

But let's rewind a bit further — my career trajectory was set in motion during my formative years as an intern, delving into the realms of programming within the research and development department at Fasco Industries.
